Personalized PDF passes are generated dynamically using Laravel DomPDF and stored securely in the cloud.
Amazon S3 Integration with Expirable URLs
All documents are uploaded to a private S3 bucket with time-limited download links to ensure confidentiality.
Role-Based Admin Panel
Only authorized users (from designated departments) can access the admin interface to review requests, track status, and download passes.
Email Communication & Push Notifications
Approved passes are emailed automatically. Internal team members receive Firebase push notifications for critical events.
Queue System & Scheduling
Email parsing, pass generation, and delivery are managed using Laravel queues and scheduled cron jobs to handle peak traffic efficiently.
